With its expansive open floor and adaptable configurations, it provides event organizers with the freedom to create a space tailored to their individual requirements.
Farmers & Artisan Markets
Create a welcoming indoor marketplace for local farmers, artisans, craftspeople and specialty vendors. The open floor allows for flexible booth arrangements, customer walkways and displays, providing an excellent setting for seasonal markets, craft fairs, vintage markets and specialty shopping events.
Trade Shows & Exhibitions
Our arena provides the room needed to bring businesses, exhibitors and visitors together under one roof. From home and garden shows to consumer exhibitions, business expos and community showcases, the flexible floor space can accommodate a variety of exhibitor layouts, displays and presentation areas.
Sports & Recreation
Transform the arena into a venue for recreational activities, sporting competitions and tournaments. Potential uses include pickleball, indoor floor sports, fitness events and other organized recreational activities, subject to appropriate flooring, equipment and facility requirements.
Community Events & Fundraisers
Bring the community together for festivals, fundraising events, hobby conventions, collector shows, cultural gatherings and special celebrations. Our indoor facility offers the flexibility to accommodate a variety of activities while providing protection from unpredictable weather.

Flexible Rental Options
Every event has different space requirements, which is why our arena offers two rental configurations.
Full Arena Rental
134′ × 160′ — Approximately 21,440 square feet
The full arena provides an expansive, uninterrupted floor area, ideal for large-scale events requiring maximum flexibility. This option is particularly well suited to trade shows, major markets, sporting competitions, exhibitions and events with multiple activity areas.
Half Arena Rental
67′ × 160′ — Approximately 10,720 square feet
For events that don’t require the entire arena, the floor can be divided in half. This option offers a substantial amount of space while providing a more economical alternative for smaller markets, exhibitions, recreational activities and community gatherings.
All arena rentals are based on a 24-hour rental period.
Arena event rentals are available seasonally from April through August, subject to availability.

Expansive Open Floor Space
With more than 21,000 square feet available, the arena offers the freedom to create customized layouts for vendor booths, exhibits, sporting activities, displays and gathering areas.
Climate-Controlled Environment
Our facility offers heating and air conditioning, providing a comfortable indoor environment regardless of changing outdoor conditions. Air conditioning is particularly valuable for summer markets, exhibitions and sporting events.
Additional charges may apply for heating and air conditioning.
Adjoining Café
An adjoining café provides convenient access to food and refreshments for event participants, vendors and visitors, subject to availability and service arrangements.
Indoor, Weather-Protected Venue
Eliminate many of the uncertainties associated with outdoor events. Our enclosed facility provides protection from rain, wind and other changing weather conditions, helping organizers plan with greater confidence.
Electrical Services
Electrical hookups, including 220V connections, may be available to accommodate specific event requirements. Additional charges may apply depending on the services required.
Flexible Event Layouts
The open arena floor allows organizers to develop configurations suited to their event, whether that involves vendor booths, exhibition displays, competition areas or designated spaces for guests and participants.
All proposed layouts and specialized requirements are subject to facility approval.
Rental Rates
Our arena is available for full-day rentals, with pricing based on the amount of space required and the day of the week.

Setup & Additional Services
We understand that successful events often require preparation before opening and additional time afterward for cleanup and removal of equipment.
Additional Setup & Teardown Days
Additional days reserved specifically for event setup or teardown are charged at 50% of the applicable standard daily rental rate.
This allows organizers to arrange vendor booths, displays, sporting equipment and other event components before the scheduled event, as well as provide time for removal and cleanup afterward.
Additional Facility Services
Depending on the nature and requirements of your event, additional charges may apply for:
- 220V electrical hookups
- Heating
- Air conditioning
- Specialized facility requirements

Additional Rental Information
To help ensure a successful event, please review the following information before submitting a rental inquiry.
- Seasonal Availability: Arena event rentals are available from March through August.
- Rental Duration: Standard rental periods are 24 hours.
- Facility Configuration: The arena may be rented in full or divided into two half-arena spaces.
- Setup & Teardown: Additional days are charged at 50% of the applicable daily rental rate.
- Facility Services: Additional charges may apply for electrical connections, heating, air conditioning and specialized requirements.
- Sports & Recreation: Activities are subject to appropriate flooring, equipment and facility approval.
- Non-Profit Organizations: Proof of registered non-profit or charitable status may be required to qualify for applicable rates.
- Taxes: All rental rates are subject to 5% GST.
- Booking Confirmation: All rentals are subject to availability, facility approval and confirmation of rental arrangements.
