The Chilliwack Curling & Community Centre offers a welcoming, versatile, full-service venue for celebrations, banquets, corporate gatherings and special occasions. With flexible room configurations, full in-house catering, optional bar service and event assistance, we provide the services and amenities to bring your event together in one convenient location.
IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
The Chilliwack Curling & Community Centre is a full-service event establishment.
All banquet room rentals require mandatory in-house catering. Outside food, beverages and third-party catering services are strictly prohibited.
Bar service is optional. Catering and beverage selections are priced separately from room rental fees, with detailed menus and pricing provided upon confirmation of booking.
All event rentals require a minimum of two weeks’ advance notice and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for optional services, linens, and extended setup or teardown time.

What We Offer
Flexible Banquet Space
Our spacious banquet facility can be used in its entirety or divided into two separate areas, the North Room and South Room, allowing us to accommodate events of varying sizes.
The South Room
Featuring a distinctive view overlooking the curling ice shed, the South Room offers a unique backdrop for celebrations, receptions and gatherings during curling season.
Includes a projector, flexible table and seating arrangements, access to bar and balcony.
The North Room
A versatile space suitable for private celebrations, meetings, presentations, community functions and special occasions.
Includes a projector, flexible table and seating arrangements, access to bar and balcony.
North & South Combined
For larger gatherings, the two banquet rooms can be combined into one spacious event venue, allowing for more flexible seating, dining and entertainment arrangements.

Full-Service Catering & Dining
As a full-service establishment, the Chilliwack Curling & Community Centre provides exclusive in-house catering for all banquet room rentals.
Our catering services offer a variety of food and dining options to complement your occasion, including:
- Buffet-style dining options
- Casual meal selections
- Appetizers and finger foods
- Hot and cold food selections
- Food service for receptions and celebrations
- Menu options for corporate and community gatherings
A detailed list of available catering menus, buffet selections and pricing will be provided once your booking has been made. Catering charges are separate from banquet room rental fees.
In-house catering is mandatory for all banquet room rentals and cannot be declined or replaced with outside catering. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
Optional Bar & Beverage Service
Our professional bar service offers a convenient way to provide refreshments for your guests, with beverage selections available to suit a variety of events.
Available options may include:
- Beer, wine and spirits
- Highballs and mixed drinks
- Non-alcoholic beverages
- Soft drinks, juices and bottled water
- Beverage arrangements for receptions, banquets and celebrations
- Bartending service for your event
Bar service is optional and can be arranged at the time of booking
All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages must be supplied through our facility. Outside beverages are not permitted.
A detailed list of available beverage options, bar service arrangements and applicable pricing will be provided once your booking has been made.
Event Setup & Teardown Assistance
Our team is available to assist with preparing your event space and with takedown following your function.
Services include:
- Assistance with table and chair arrangements
- Room configurations to suit your event
- Preparation of the banquet space
- Assistance with takedown following your event
Additional setup or teardown time outside your scheduled rental period may be subject to extra charges.

- Tables & Chairs: Included with your banquet room rental.
- Projectors: Both the North and South sections have their own projectors.
- Wireless Microphone: Available upon request.
- Sound System: Available upon request.

Room Rental Rates
Room rentals include tables, chairs, and bartending staff. full service catering and beverage is not included in pricing.
Additional charges will apply for full service catering, optional beverage service and when extra setup or teardown time is required.
A projector, wireless microphone, and sound system are available upon request.
